Our Story
Hi, I’m Nikki. I grew up with the smell of cinnamon in the kitchen and a deep love for homemade food.
Over time, that love became my calling. I studied at Ragout Culinary School in Moscow and MSA Culinary Academy in Istanbul, opened a small French café, and eventually found my home in Boston, where I started Deep Sweet Bakery.
I bake classic cakes with a modern touch — always with care and simplicity. To me, the best desserts bring comfort, joy, and a bit of nostalgia.
